I have been running V8 on my computer with Windows 10. Is there a later version and if so what changes/improvements does it have? Would like to be able to adjust font size to accommodate labels with designs on left margin (viz Christmas labels)

The developers of MyMailList Deluxe don't provide anything about the version and compatibility with Windows 10. I've checked the official website and it appears that the latest version of Windows compatible with the MyMailList Deluxe is Windows XP.
It's pure luck that it works in Windows 10, but I couldn't see another version listed on their website. You'll have to get in touch with the support team if you want to obtain additional details.
Right now I am using My Mail List 6.0.0.0 & have 600 plus addresses stored that I have added manually. Can I get a later copy of this program that will work with Windows 10 or will my current copy of My Mail List work with Windows 10 as it is? Right now I am using Windows 7 Home Premium & My Mail List works fine. I would like to update to Windows 10, but don't want to lose My Mail List & all the work I did adding all of this data.

No, you can't get a compatible copy that can be installed on Windows 10 because there isn't one. The Avanquest website lists the following operating systems as being compatible: Windows 98, Me, 2000, and Windows XP. This means the software won't run on Windows 10 due to compatibility issues, but you can apply a compatibility tweak: right click the setup package and then go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose another version of Windows from the drop-down menu and launch it. Additionally, tick the Run as Administrator option and then launch the software. It might work this way. If not, get in touch with the developers of My Mail List at http://www.avanquest.com/USA/group/contact/index.html
According to the official requirements, the application is not specifically developed to run on Windows 7. It's compatible with: Windows 98, Me, 2000, and XP. In Windows 7 you have the possibility to apply a Compatibility tweak for the application and in most of the 90 % cases it will work. But you will have to buy the new version from the official website. Yes, the application will work with the compatibility settings applied.
I have MyMailList Deluxe 7.0.0.0. I want to export all the data to MyMailList and Address book 9.0.0.0 on another computer.

You can either export to MML format or to CSV which is generally supported by applications of this type. Start the application, then load the file with your contents and go to File > Export. Save the content to one of the files you need and then you can open the exported database to the other applications. Make sure to choose the file format supported by all the products you'll use.
I have been using MyMailingListDeluxe on Windows 10 for over a year. Now it will not open. The message says "This app can't run on your PC". Is there an upgrade version that will work on Windows 10 that will be compatible with the older version?

This situation was caused by the latest update available for the Windows 10 operating system. At this point you will need to either downgrade to a previous version using the Go back option in the Backup and Security > Windows Update in the Settings menu, or wait for an update from the developers.
Additionally, you can apply a compatibility weak to increase the chances of running the software on your PC. Right click the setup package and choose Properties > Compatibility. From the drop down menu select Windows XP and tick the Run as Administrator option.
I have a problem opening MyMailList. It is blank. I need to send myself a copy of the list that I sent to our printer but I can't open it using MyMailList. It opens in Excel. When I open it in MyMailList, the fields are out of order. Address 2 is after Zip. I need to move it back next to Address 1. Can you help?

The file is not opening properly in MyMailList because its format is not fully supported by the application. MyMailList can open properly only the following file formats:
Also, you can't move Address 2 next to Address 1 because the application doesn't have such a feature. I suggest you contact the developer for further information.

There is no limitation regarding the file types that you can upload to DropBox. Because of this, you shouldn't encounter any difficulties while uploading your MyMailList file to DropBox even if you are using a remote computer to do this.
